For a simple view of the due date/start date or Resolved date of specific issues in a Calendar, you can use the JIRA Issues Calendar Gadget. These would be the steps to properly configure it:
1 - Navigate to your Issue navigator > Create a query to return all the issues you would like to add to the calendar:
project = XYZ
2 - Save it as a filter
3 - Navigate to your Dashboard > Click to add Gadget
4 - Add the JIRA Issues Calendar Gadget, configuring the filter you created in the Gadget and select which should be the date field used to define the position of the issue in the calendar
In case you want a complex way to display your issues and organize it in a Calendar view, you can also use a plugin like Tempo Timesheets which provides you with this kind of functionality.
