I need to update the assign myself as Organization admin. The previous admin has left the business since 2021.
We are on Free trial currently and we have exhausted the storage limit. I want to check the storage limit in my current plan but I am unable to check because of my access limits.
Once I can check this, I can make a decision on what plan suits us the best. I need to remove the user named "Nicole Yann Tsiang Ong" and become the Organization Admin
The support link says I need to contact support for this but it does not let me submit the case. I need urgent help on this as I want to upgrade my plan.

I have submitted a ticket on your behalf to our atlassian account team. You would have recieved the ticket number on your email. The team help with this request as this needs some internal checks as well.

If there are not Organization Admins left in your company you will need to contact the Billing/Licensing/Pricing support team to get assistance with have another person granted that access. They will ask your for information they can use that will confirm you are a legitimate representative for the company that owns the subscription.
To contact them complete and submit the form at this site. Make sure you click the "Need additional help" link below the field for entering the site URL.
