I need support regarding my bitbucket and JIRA account

As I've the license of Self hosted (Bit Bucket and JIRA), the hosted server is windows based and it seems that the windows isn't responding (may be corrupted). The question is that, if we re-install the Microsoft Windows Server on same machine, does the license remain activated? Please respond at your earliest as we are in trouble.

If you re-install windows, you will scrub the installations of Jira and Bitbucket.

The licences will remain valid so you can use the same ones when you re-install them.
