I'm making a jira automation which sends slack messages to an individual about tickets. I don't want them to be sent to the channels whose webhook URL is used but to a certain individual in that channel and I did see in Jira mentioned that I can override this by specifying another channel with '#other-channel', or a specific user with '@userID' but when I ran the automation it was still sent to the channel and not the individual whose user ID I mentioned in "channel or user" slot.
Can anyone please guide me how this should be achieved?
