I have sent emails to the support area but i am just not getting the support I require.
my query relates to our billing, the way the stack is linked and implementing bamboo having to now revert to a community board to get assistance for these matters is not intended but last resort.
We can't help you if you don't tell us what the problems are.
(We can't help you with billing at all, you'll need to talk to Atlassian about that)
