It's been working for months now the page is unavailable.
Welcome to the community.
Here we are a user community populated mostly by customers of Atlassian, like you. We don't have any access to your account or subscriptions to help you directly.
Were you using a Free subscription? When was the last time you accessed the data successfully?
If you were using a free subscription, Atlassian has a policy about deactivating Free subscriptions that are left inactive. You can find complete details about this here:
Jira/JSM/Confluence Free Tier Inactivity & Data Deletion Timeline
It's not about projects being inactive, if you or any other user is not loggining in to the site for quite some time the site will be deactivated.
This is in the guidelines on using a free instance, see the link I shared for more infromation.

@Julie Salamone Are you sure that you are logging in using the same credentials. I have seen several individuals who have run into issues when they use Chrome. If you are logged into Chrome via your Google credentials they will override your Atlassian credentials. You should try logging in via a different browser or via incognito mode and see if it is back.

I tried to access my project via Safari and no access:

I had 2 projects. One project was active and the other was not. Would Atlassian deactivate all projects if only one was inactive. This is very frustrating. I did not receive any emails about deactivation
