I need access to a project category.

I am a contractor here at Zipline. I have a shorter access list to projects. My supervisor suggested I ask you.

I need to be able to access the Zipline project "Production". Nobody here quite knows how to get that for me.

Any hints you can share?

You need to talk to your Jira administrators, not us.  We're a community of people who work (or play) with Atlassian software, and we have no access to your organisation's systems. 

You'll need to go back to your supervisor first - they should know who you need to talk to, or, if not, who else to ask inside your organisation.

Hi Melcher,

 I think you are unable to access the "Zipline" project in your production environment.

You Don't have permission to access the project, so This can be done for project admin only.

I’m not sure exactly what you mean by access a project category. You can view project by category on the Projects page and filter by Category.
