Exist some gadget that allow me to see my active isssue in multiple project in my start table?

Please, could you clarify a bit? You mean by active issue, the one that is not resolved? If so, you can just create a filter and show it on a dashboard. Create a filter with a query like this:

project in (XXXXX) and resolution != Unresolved 

Save it, and then, on a dashboard, drop a gadget called Filter Results, pointing to that filter. Please, let me know if you need more detailed instructions.
