I need a JQL for Jira Cloud to list all the test cases that are run today by xxx user

I need a JQL query for Jira Cloud to list all the test cases that were run today by a user in a test execution record. I know this was so easy in Jira, but I couldn't find any option to use JQL to retrieve this information in Jira Cloud. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @pradeep.jayaraman ,

Can you maybe share some additional details of how are the tests executed within your Jira site? Test management is usually implemented by Marketplace solutions such as Xray, Zephyr and similar apps. Basically, there's no out-of-the-box solution so 'searching for test cases' is missing a bit of information so we could assist here.

It would be quite useful if you could share info such as how the test management is currently implemented and, if so, which addon you're using for it.

Actually, I need a Jira Cloud JQL that extract test cases from a XRAY Test Execution with a status passed and executed by me today.

I’m not sure but something like… issue in testPlanTests("TESTPLANID")  and TestRunStatus = “Passed”

I've been testing Xray a bit so cannot say I'm an expert. I can give it a go and check this out as soon as I have some extra time.

However, you can always reach vendor(s) directly. Each app listing usually has support tab where there's a link to the partner service desk. Vendors are usually quite responsive and helpful when it comes to technical issues or questions.
