I'm trying to login my account but its showing me "you have already requested access"

Welcome to the community.

It seems that you are not the admin of the cloud setup that has been made and within the setup the settings are active that an administrator has to approve the request to join the site.

Until that approval has ben granted, you won't be able to access the site.
