I'm tring to import issues into an epic but i keep getting the error message in the image.

The users are all active and showing on the system and yet it keeps saying the user cannot be found and then all those letters and numbers. 

I can't work out what it is.   the formatting is fine so I don't see why it comes up. Anyone any ideas?

maybe one of the issues you are trying to import is assigned to a non-existing user (the uiid you are seeing). 

I'm guessing you are on cloud.
you can try exporting all your users and check if the uiid you are seeing is in the exported file.
