For a month and a half, I stopped receiving notifications. I checked my settings, did not change anything, also with my company's email and network team and they say they do not receive anything from atlassian. Any ideas how can this be fixed? My colleagues in the company continue to receive them,..
Hi @Andres Gandara ,
Assuming that we are talking about a CMP project then please do the following:
i do not have access to project settings, but in any case all my colleagues are receiving notifications both from my company's board as our clients'.

You will need to reach out to your administrator to assist you in this matter. It seems to be a simple issue where you are not part of the group or role that is configured to receive notifications in that project.

The thing is that this happens in two different client boards that used to work just fine. Suddenly, I stopped receiving emails from both. Nothing in spam or quarantine. Nothing in my company's network admin, looks like it is Atlassian who blocked sending emails. The funny thing is that this seems to be impacting just Jira notifications, as I can and do receive emails from the main atlassian.com/net domains (such as notifications from this board), and from other subdomains (am.atlassian.com, em.atplassian.com), but not from my company's or my clients'.

That's the initial link I tried and I was directed to these community forums. I guess the company I work for has very limited support capabilities? :)

So either you are on a free tier plan in which case the community is your source of support or because you are not listed as a technical contact you cannot open a ticket with Atlassian. If the latter is the case here then you simply need to contact your administrator so they can open a ticket.
