You are seeing these Atlassian sites because you are added as a user to them in some way. I am not sure what you mean by I don't know how to remove / is it safe?

You can only remove your account from those sites if you are an administrator there. If you are not and you feel like you shouldn't be there, try to connect with the admin of those sites and ask them to remove you.
