I'm new to Jira. I need to move an issue to Done but the drag and drop will not let me move it.

I am able to drag the issue back to the To Do column and then back to the In Progress column, but I can't seem to find a way to drag it to the Done column. And I can't find a way to manually set the status to completed. On a cloud server and tried in both Chrome and IE

The workflow living behind the board does not have transitions from the current status of the issue to a status in the "done" column, or, if it does, you don't match the conditions set on it.

Open up the issue in full and check the workflow.

I think that may have solved the problem. I did notice an additional In Review step. I added that as column to my board, but it won't display. Guess that will be the next question I ask of the community.
