I'm having trouble in timeline

I can't see the issues that opened under workpackage. Also I would like to see the issues statues too in timeline section.

Can you provide more information about your scenario?

What is "workpackage"? What type of issues are you creating?

The status of issues in Timeline in the Standard product subscription is already available. If this is not what you want please provide a screen image and point out what you want.

The project we created is a business project. Workpackage is in Issue Types as you can see here.

And this is our IPM'S Timeline. As you can see it's all messed up.

Workpackage is your name for the built in Epic type issue.

On the Timeline the Workpackage issues that have child issues should have a > character next to them on the left that you could click on to show their child issues.

Can you show us the details of one of the Workpackage issues that has child issues so that we can confirm it has issues to display?
