Hi,
I have been trying to create an automation rule, so when we set the status to "Ready to release" in Internal support board it can create/clone that ticket with all the necessary details on the core product board. But I have been facing this error when I have select or used the clone option.
Clone issue Failed to fetch fields for project/issue type - 10237/10865
And the following error when I was using the create action:
Create issue Error retrieving the issue type fields for project/typeId - 10237/10865

It seems you might not have permission on the Honeypot project.
Check the permissions. I just tested it and it works BUT the link issue.
For the link issues, you cannot do it like that. The link won't happen since the cloned issue doesn't exist yet.

Thank you for the help. I do have the correct permissions for the project the issue was, I was selecting the "Issue Type" as "same issue type" and after searching the numerous threads on the community found out just this morning that I must select " Task" as the Issue type.
And now it works perfectly fine! Thank you for this community and everyone who's making it better day by day!
