I'm asked to go to the JIRA Administrator area, so where is it? i am board admin.

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Tutorial - Adding a Column to a Board

Answer accepted

The icon between the ? and your mini profile picture at the top right. If it's not there, you have no admin rights, and will need to talk to an admin.

Thanks. I took the board admin to be what i needed but as you stated I need to be a JIRA Administrator.
