That's cool, but seemed i can't create, i will contact the JIRA admin. Thanks a lot.

If the SCR field is already created then you can add the field under the Bug Issue Type create Screen.

Go the project setting>>Screens>>Bug Issue Type Screen Scheme and click on Create Screen then add the field.

If the field is not created then reachout the Jira admins and they will create the field and share it will your project.
