We got notification that there is a new JIRA.
After typing my email address in on that link, I keep getting a message stating:
"my email address" does not have access to
Please advise on how to obtain access to the new JIRA link.

Reach out to the admin of the instance, then need to grant you a license to access the instance and the products of the instance.
It might be they just sent you an invite, but didn't grant you any app access.
Here on the community we can't fix this for you as we don't have access to Atlassian Cloud instances.
We are users like you using Atlassian products and try to help others on problems, but on authorisation we can't assist.

I will search for the JIRA Atlassian Admin to request access.
I located this information; sharing it in case that help someone else too:
