I have the next error when i try to enter Jira, can anybody help me?

Please, try to reindex Jira at:

Administration > System > Indexing

I can´t go to Indexing, I only put my url on the browser and I get that error, you can see typing http://proyectos.arkdia.mx

And when I try to stop Jira I get the next message...

PID file found but no matching process was found. Stop aborted.
