I have set jira filters, can i set conditional alerts and send msg to slack when conditions r met

I have couple of jira filters set. I want to send msg/alert on slack when value of filter goes beyond a threshold value. Is it possible?

Hello Fazila, i am aware of jira integration plus. But i am specifically looking for Filters we create in Jira. So the way i want to set alert is, if particular filter value exceeds certain number it should send alert/msg to particular slack channel. Now filter can be for number of open defects for last 7 days or anything similar. Not able to find solution for that.
