I have pending access to my SAP LeanIX community for over a month. How do I gain access back?

My Jira access has been pending for over a month. I was directed by the internal team to contact support. Hoping to get this resolved as soon as possible as it affects my day to day work. Thanks.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Here we are a user community populated mostly by customers of Atlassian, like you. We don't have any access to the system you are trying to access nor any ability to address your access request.

You will need to contact the administrators of that specific Jira instance to get help.

If that instance is not managed by your company, you need to contact the company that does own/manage it.

If you are unsure who to contact, I recommend that you start with the person who originally told you to access that system.
