I have imported my .csv file (social media) spaces but it's not working out? What do I Do?

I have created a social media plan in .csv format, and tried to import it in spaces. I used the old experience, but it's not working out. The message pops up saying try again later.

There was an incident that started last week that has impacted access to the Jira APIs which may be affecting your CSV import. You can find more information about that incident here:
