I have changed my Email id in the JIRA cloud instance but the user name is same.

I have changed my Email id in the JIRA cloud instance but the user name is same. The issue is that i am not able to access the dashboards which were accessible earlier with my previous id that has been now replaced with the new id.Kindly suggest any solution

Hi Priyanka,

Did you changed only your email or username too?

This seems to be an permission related issue. You would need to ask your administrators, to check if you permission schemes was changed.

Besides that, does some information shows to you or you just can't access the dashboards?
