I have been logged out or something and don't know how to log in, cannot find support, the guy who helped set me up is gone from the business and hte other one that uses the program is out on pregnancy leave. Please help me figure out how to access the database!

How did you used to login to Jira - Google sign in, username and password, passkey?

I don't remember; I just had help logging on, and then it was saved automatically on my browser. This happened last month too, but not sure how they fixed it.

That error is mostly fixed when you clear your cache and start in incognito mode.

Any other suggestions? This is really frustrating, not being able to connect with anyone regarding this. So much so that we will stop using the program.
