I have been attempting to submit a performance bug for weeks. Every time I attempt am asked for our company Jira Cloud URL. I place the URL into your web form and consistently get invalid URL error. I have tried many formats including the one recommended one.
Please look into the submit defect capability on you support pages.

My issue it that I use JQL to pull up a list of work items. My goal is to set the Atlassian Team value by manually updating the value in the returned table.
I typically can update about 3 work items when the Team Search result stops working. I wait several minutes then I can continue editing. Very frustrating and inefficient.
My assumption is this is an API performance issue.
Can someone help?

What is your role on that particular Cloud instance? To be able to select your Cloud URL you need to be an Organization, Site admin, Product admin.
Do you have these permissions? If not you should contact your administrators and have them fix it or open a support case.
