I have been added to a Jira Project but can't seem to acces it. What can I do?

I have tried to use the link to access the project but it brings me to the support center. It seems that I am in the project but received no notification etc.

Regarding your query, ask your team leader if they can control that your user has been added to the instance, usually you should receive a notification from Jira clarifying that an invitation was sent to you.
