I have a user whose role is "Product Owner" in the Service desk, Whom i have set " the ability to browse projects" but Still getting emails. Just like the admistrators of the Service desk, While I only want him to be able view whats happening in the service desk.
How can I do this? I have tried assigning him diffrent roles but the emails would not stop.
by emails I assume you mean the person is getting notifications by email which you do not want. You need to go to project > project settings > notifications and ensure that the person does not belong in any role that currently gets notifications.
