I have a Kanban board, added a Validate Detail --> Validate Field rule and cannot find it to edit it

Can you share some screenshots? Also, is this a Team-managed or Company-managed project? Boards don't have rules like that - it's probably in the workflow.

Validation, Conditions and Post-Functions are on transitions in a workflow.

A board has columns that workflow statuses are linked to, so when you want to move a work item to another column and this is not allowed, based on validation, this validation is on the transition that is used between these stautses.

So you will have to see transition on the workflow for this validaton.
