Hello.photo_2023-09-06_11-56-40.jpg I don't know how it happened. A few months ago there was a project, after some time I logged into my account again, but I don't remember exactly how I logged in for the first time, whether through email or through a Google account. that's why I decided to go through Google. I went in, and I see it's empty, as if in another account, what should I do? How to return the account where my projects were? How to contact the support service?

Hi,

I took a closer look at your account.  It appears that you had another site with the same URL in the past.  This old site was using a free plan.  Free plan products are subject to 120 days of inactivity, after which these are deactivated and then shortly thereafter these sites are deleted.  Your old site appears to have been deleted already because of this inactivity.

This limitation of free plans is explained in What is the Free Jira Cloud plan?

We did send out multiple email notifications to your account warning you about the deactivation on 24 Mar 2023, 29 Apr 2023, and 23 May 2023, before the final warning about pending deletion on 03 Jun 2023.  All of these messages were sent from no-reply@am.atlassian.com

If you created a backup of your data from before this deletion, you could restore it to your site.  However Atlassian support does not have the ability to recover the old data from that site any longer.
