I had Loom - how do i escape Atlassian?

I had a Loom account. I don't use it. I have to use it a couple of times for university.
Now i am stuck in this nebulous Atlassian bullshit, with no clear way to delete my account. 
The Help section is completely inaccurate. 
I don't have an Administration page, because I am not an organisation who has signed up for this. 

how tf do I get this out of my life?

Its truly awful.
Talking to the AI took an hour of my time, with no resolution.
