I had a Loom account. I don't use it. I have to use it a couple of times for university.
Now i am stuck in this nebulous Atlassian bullshit, with no clear way to delete my account.
The Help section is completely inaccurate.
I don't have an Administration page, because I am not an organisation who has signed up for this.
how tf do I get this out of my life?
Let me request Atlassian's assistance so the account can be deleted and you won't get notified anymore.
Thank you!
Even the Support is just links to Products and Services.
Its truly awful.
Talking to the AI took an hour of my time, with no resolution.
I appreciate you stepping to help!

Hi @N Bee
I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused.
The reason you couldn't delete your account initially is that Atlassian accounts cannot be closed while there are still active product subscriptions (like Loom) or "dormant" trials attached to them.
I have confirmed that your Loom subscription and other trial products (like Projects and Goals) are now deactivated. You can now proceed with deleting your account:
Go to your Account settings at id.atlassian.com/manage-profile.
Select Account preferences from the left-hand menu.
Scroll down to the Delete your account section and select Delete account.
Take a moment to review the information about what happens when an account is deleted.
Click Delete account again and confirm your choice in the final dialog box.
Once you complete these steps, your account will be queued for deletion.
Best,
Samuil
