On JIRA, the Acronym SDS means "Service Desk Server", however, I'm not sure if that's what the person which designate this task for you means since you are using JIRA Cloud per your tag.
Could you please confirm if that's the case?

It's JIRA server, not Cloud. I was mistaken. Does this make a difference in sense of SDS meaning? I'm using free trial version of JIRA to practice and get acquainted with the software..
