I forgot my password. When clicking on forgot password not able to receive the reset link.

I have tried this for several times now, but I don't receive any email from your end.

I forgot my password, I want to reset it.

Try logging in via Gmail account for the Atlassian account!

I have access to JIRA and Bitbucket on gopalk@iprogrammer.com

So need to login using same email address, but when trying to reset password, portal says email sent on gopalk@iprogrammer.com but I am not receiving email.
