I don't have access to sprint report and cannot reopen sprint. How can i do this?

I accidentally closed a sprint but need to reopen it. I do not have a sprint report where I can re-open the sprint. How do I enable sprint report? Or, is there another way to re-open the sprint?

In Jira cloud, sprint reopening feature has been introduced please see at release notes. But you should have Manage Sprints' permission to perform it. Thanks.

I am the administrator yet I still cannot see the Sprint Report. So your suggestion is no help to me.
