I do not see Rejected Issues in my Plan
Hi @Nitin Chandra ,
Quick question on top of previous discussion - if you clear all filters (specifically those for statuses), do you see those 'missing' Requirements then? 👀
In DC, you/Jira admin could maybe check database integrity checker. I've stumbled upon one case where UI statuses did not match those in the database so it messed up some visualizations in the interface.
Also, why's the key for these items REGSDIREQT, and you're looking at the REGSDI project (as a scope)?
Cheers,
Tobi
I believe REGSDI is the project name rather than the key.

No, I do not see Cancelled/rejected Issues yet!

I also observe one thig that in the setting - I see 161 issues, but when I come back to Plan it filters Canceled/Rejected. How and why is it happening -not able to get it. So 161 becomes 153 on Plan??

@Nitin Chandra hmm... One thing that comes to mind is this release that's added to those 'missing' issues 👀
Is the release archived by any chance? There's this suggestion, although it's related to cloud (not sure if it's the same behavior on DC)
Also, when you navigate to Exclusion rules > *view excluded releases, is there anything listed there?

Hello @Nitin Chandra
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Do you have any Filters applied to the Plan display that are causing the items to get excluded?
Go to Plan Settings >Work in Your Plan.
Check the Sources you have defined for your plan to confirm nothing about them causes Rejected issues to be excluded.
Check the Removed Work Items tab. There are multiple ways there that issues can be excluded from the plan. Are any of those causing the issues to not be shown?

I checked all filters and exclusions - screenprint attached. Nothing filtered out yet missing to see Cancelled/Rejected Issues. I do have 4-5 issues of such type.

Thank you for those images. That is helpful.
In the last image your Roadmap is set to show only the Story level issues.
Can you provide a screen image with evidence that you have issues in the REGSDI project at that level that are in the Cancelled/Rejected status and were Resolved less than 1000 days ago.

First, based on the screen image you ate using Jira Data Center deployment, not Jira Cloud deployment as specified by the tags on your post.
Second, the issue image you shared shows the issue type is Requirement. Try changing the Hierarchy filter in your Roadmap to show all levels rather than Story to Story.

I make the change for 2nd point but no luck yet!
Sorry, what to do fort first point?

Thank you for that additional screen image.
In the last image you provided you have a filter applied (1). Please deselect the filter so that no filters are applied.
For the Hierarchy settings (2), in the field on the left please make sure you have selected the issue type at the top of the list, and for the field on the right please make sure you have selected the issue type from the bottom of the list.
Can you provide a screen image that shows your Issue Type Hierarchy configuration and point out an what level the Requirement issue type is included?

This is puzzling.
Are the missing issue all the same type; Requirement, or a variety of issue types?
Are there other issues of the same type but different Status in existence, and do the show in the plan?
If you change the status of one of the missing issues, does it then show up in the plan?
In one of the images you provided in a response to @Tomislav Tobijas you showed the count of issues displayed in the plan. With the full hierarchy selected and no filters applied what is the count of issues shown in the plan?
