I do not need e-mails from Jira 10 to 20 ties per day!!!

I receive 10 to 20 emails from this crazy and stupid Jira per day. I did not request this! Delete my from the distribution immediately! Thanks

Hi Uta,

What type of emails are your referring to? Is it promotional emails from Atlassian? Or updates about work items in your instance?

Jira does not send emails randomly — notifications are triggered by specific events such as issue updates, comments, status changes, or being added as a watcher or participant. This usually happens when a user is subscribed to notifications for multiple activities or projects.

To reduce or stop these emails, there are a few options:

• Adjust your personal notification settings in Jira

• Remove yourself as a watcher or request participant on issues

• Review project-level notification rules if you were added to a distribution or role

But it's the case if you are using Jira as an agent.
