When I access to manage profile, it shows

Allow me to step in and help you with this issue.
You are using the correct link to update your account. The URL that Jack mentioned is the place where you can access all details of your account and the sites where your account is active and the tickets you are working on.
With that said, since you are facing issues to log in to your account, maybe there is something preventing you from login, like a browser extension, for example.
Have you tried to log in using another browser or incognito mode?
Since it's a cloud site, would it be possible to login using your mobile phone just to test if it will load?
Also, just to let you know that your account is managed, so if you need to change your full name, you will have to contact your administrator, but if it's just your public name, you can change it on id.atlassian.com.
