I created a board based on other one with active sprints. Can I delete it and keep the issues?

I am trying to delete it but I am receiving the message "This board contains issues from these active sprints: Sprint A, Sprint B. We recommend deleting or completing these active sprints before deleting BOARD_NAME"...:(

Hello Jose,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

In order to delete a Board without completing or editing any Sprints, you can simply edit the board filter to don't return the related issues anymore. For example:

Let's suppose you have issues from the project TEST returned in your board sprints. You just need to configure the board with the following filter:

Project != TEST

Once you perform it, the Sprints and issues will disappear from the board and you should be able to properly delete it.

Let me know if this information helps.
