I just created an account to know what it is and now I dont need it and I have been trying to delete in for the past 3 days and I couldnt. I have cancelled the subscription in one of the product that showed cancel sub and it is still in deactive but I couldnt delete it.

The most common one is that your account is still associated with Atlassian sites or organizations, as the last Billing Admin or Organization Admin.
Could you check whether you still have access to any Atlassian sites or organizations under admin.atlassian.com? If so, make sure you've removed yourself as an administrator or transferred those roles to another user before trying to delete the account again.
If you no longer have access to an organization or to any active products, I'd recommend contacting Atlassian Support directly to request account deletion. They can verify your identity and assist with removing any remaining account associations.
