I couldn’t access Jira in mobile app

I could login to Jira web application, also could login to confluence mobile app in the same device.

I am using iOS app and own server url ( not Atlassian URL )

Tried deleting Jira app and installed again, didn’t help.

what am I missing here?

Does it require a permission or plugin to be added by admin in web application?

What JIRA Server version you have?

Check with your admin if the mobile app is enabled.
