I could not able to access the i2 and i3 related Jira.

Hello Team,

I am working at Qualcomm and supporting the Mercedes IVI Gen20x projects, including I2, I3, and I4.

Until yesterday, I had access to the relevant Jira pages. However, my access was suddenly revoked. I submitted a new access request, and since then, I was not able to access Jira items related to the I3, i2 project only.

Could you please let me know what actions I need to take to regain access to the I2 and I3 project Jira page?

Unfortunately we won't be able to help you. This is a user community and we are customers (and vendors and partners) of Atlassian. We are not the administrators of the system you are trying to access. You'll need to work with the administrators and support for that specific Jira system to get your access restored.
