I changed a workflow to include a reopen transition and the Resolved Permanently tag remains

I changed a workflow to be able to reopen closed JIRA's and cannot seem to remove the resolved permanently tag when the status is moved to an active status

I think the workflow needs to be amended such that it uses a "resolution will be cleared" post-function on the "reopen" transitions.
