I am trying to make an "issue" fit the needs I have. I would like to remove contex fields such as "due date". But the buttom with "remove" on it, is gray an inactive.

How do I remove those?

Hi Lasse - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Team-managed projects are very limited in what you can do. I suggest you create a Company-managed project if you want to have customization available.

Hi @Lasse Rosendahl

Are you working on a company-managed or team-managed project, and which configuration panel are you using to try to remove the "due date" field? (Screens or Issue Layout)

Since you mentioned "context fields," I assume you are using the Issue Layout to remove it. Is "due date" defined as a required field? This might be why you are unable to remove it.

It's a team-managed project.
You are right, it's the Issue Layout I am using.

It looks like this:

@Sarp Egemen hi, you've mentioned that this is a team-managed project.

I am currently facing the same issue, as there is no option for me to remove the "Required" of Due Date.

What are the steps that I could remove it?
