I cant increase the number of Site Administrators on Jira Cloud above 15.

First community post, hoping you can help.

No need to tell me about how bad the idea to increase it is (trust me, the situation pains me, its a long story about legacy evolution of the tool in the workplace), however if anyone can let me know how to increase it (even just by one), then let me know, many thanks.

Probably best to raise a job with Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and explain your situation.

As painful as it is, can this be unraveled some other way? Are project permissions tied to the site-admin user group, or do 15 people actually change site settings on a regular basis?
