I want to reneview subscribtion and start work at this space again.

In case this site was on a Free plan, it might have been deactivated due to data retention policies.
What I would suggest is the following: if you're/were an Org admin for that site, you can try accessing admin.atlassian.com and check the status of each application there.
👉 In case you cannot find your site in Atlassian Administration, you can raise a ticket here: Atlassian Support: Pricing, Billing & Licensing
The team there should be able to check the status of the site you're referring to.
