Hey @Nikita-ArbinIndia

The screen you've added shows only which sub-tasks are generally available on your site.

Making them available in a specific (company-managed) project is controlled via work type schemes at https://YOUR_SITE.atlassian.net/jira/settings/issues/issue-type-schemes.

If your project of interest is team-managed, you'll have to add those via project settings'.

Thorsten

@Nikita-ArbinIndia

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Adding to what @Thorsten Letschert _Decadis AG_ said, be advised that Team Managed projects don't support multiple types of Subtasks. Team Managed project can have one and only one Subtask type of issue.

To find out why type of project you are using go to the Projects menu and select the View All Projects page. Find your project in the list. Review what it says in the Type column.

If it is a company-managed project, the subtask types need to be added to the related work item scheme by the admin.
