When I try to invite team members to my project they receive the invite but after they make an account and try to join they get stuck in a loading screen and then they get an error message stating: "It looks like our database is taking longer than usual to sync up. wait a few moments then try again. If you continue to see this error, raise a support issue."
Sorry to hear about this problem. I can see there was another report of the same error around the same time, however it appears that this has been resolved. Are you still seeing such errors when adding a user?

Sounds like Atlassian Support might have to take a look at this.
