I cannot see the collapsible 'Details' heading on view page

I cannot see the 'Details' collapsible header usually visible here. Can someone please help with how I can add it there?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Searching using the details you provided and testing on my local site, I was able to confirm that the "Details" option was removed.

Previously, it was separated by Details, Description, Attachments, Activity, but only the Details option was removed and with this, the ability to collapse/expand.

There is a feature request suggesting to add this option back to the issue view:

• New Jira design: details section is taking too much space, no way to collapse it
