I cannot see any issues in Next-Gens projects, but my role is Site and Org Admin

I can see All projects but cannot see anything inside.

But I can add myself to the Next-Gen project, and then I see everything.

Is it possible to see issues without adding myself to project members?

No, that is not possible for Next-gen projects - you MUST be on the project somewhere to have permissions
